Few things go together quite as well as music and beer, so news of Brooklyn Brewery's intrepid first steps into the music industry with Brooklyn Brewery Records is warming news during a flase summer.

Any doubt will be still further dismissed by their first release - an album from The Graveltones recorded live and pressed direct to vinyl at The Lexington last year, embodying the furious bluesy wallop of the duo's scuzzy rock and roll wonderfully.

The label's debut release comes pressed on beautiful emerald green vinyl and is limited to just 500 copies, kick starting what will hopefuly be an ongoing series supporting live perormances and vinyl releases.

Get a taster of Live At The Lexington in the form of 'Catch me On The Fly' below. There are two live events celebrating the label launch next week - in London and Nottingham.
