We've been keeping a close eye on south London's Rude Audio and their electro dub tinkerings since their debut album That Dirty Echo.

Following on from the Ruder EP, latest offering Rudest EP might well be their best offering to date - and 'Half Moon Lane Glitter' is a highlight of the four-track release.

A thudding, grinding dub bassline - complemented by reverberating rimshots and a shuffling hi-hat - provides the backdrop for glittering synth embellishments on the mesmeric electro cut.

It's an eager and earnest slice of dark dance music that takes Rude Audio's panchant for spiralling echo and hefty rhythm and primes it with a new sense of energy.

Check out seizure-inducing video for the track below, and watch out for the full EP, out 6th June.

You can catch Rude Audio live at their monthly residencies at Flaxon Ptootch and Forge & Co.
