Razer Introduces Bluetooth Lapel Perfect for Mobile Streamers

Share

Popular gaming brand Razer has unveiled its latest live streaming gear called the Seiren Bluetooth — a lapel microphone perfect for vloggers and mobile streamers.

The new Seiren Bluetooth features a clip-on design, an omnidirectional mic, and AI-based noise canceling. These features allow for a higher quality recording than one would get with built-in earphone microphones.

The lapel mic also has a 3.55mm jack so you can monitor using your headphones, while the noise suppression is adjustable using the Razer Streaming App. To further improve noise filtering, the lapel comes with a windsock that you can use indoors and outdoors. The microphone’s battery life also lasts 6 hours when the AI-based noise canceling is off and 4 hours when it is enabled, and compatibility with your devices shouldn’t be a problem as it works will all phones. Common streaming apps like Streamlabs, Twitch, and YouTube are also all supported.

The lapel mic weighs 16.4g, the Bluetooth version is 5.0. The microphone latency is 20 m/s, and the transmission distance is up to 10 meters. The Seiren Bluetooth is available for $100, a very affordable price in the competitive wireless microphone market.
